This year’s NYC event will focus on promoting the importance of the user centered design process for businesspeople in the NYC metro area. It will also provide an opportunity for usability professionals to learn about best practices in user experience, especially at the strategic level. Healthcare will be a sub-theme of the event. Panels and presentations include: Delivering Stellar Customer Experiences — Three Principles for Success - Bruce Temkin, VP, Principal Analyst, Forrester Research. Web Experience Innovations: Triumphs & Tragedies - Tammy Sachs, CEO, Sachs Insights and Mark Safire, VP, Customer Experience Lead, JPMorgan Chase The day ends with a cocktail reception. Tickets are $10 for NYC-UPA members, $20 for non-members and $5 students.
