The Irish Internet Association and iQ Content present a full day course, Improving User Experience by Understanding Your Users, which presents key techniques for understanding and modelling the kind of experience users have on your website. In the first half of the day, the course will cover modelling your users with Personas, while in the afternoon it will cover planning and conducting a user test of your website.
