World Usability Day 2009 in Buenos Aires

As in previous years, the 2009 edition of the World Usability Day will have a local event in Buenos Aires. This time, we hope to receive more than 200 professionals at the Universidad Católica Argentina’s Santa Cecilia auditorium (Av. Alicia Moreu de Justo 1500) on November 18th. The conference is organised by UPA Argentina, the local chapter of the Usability Professional’s Association.

During the morning we’ll have a general track inspired by this year’s theme: “Designing for a Sustainable World”. Lucia Filgueiras, UPA Brazil’s President and UPA Argentina’s sponsor, will be the keynote speaker.

In the afternoon, several workshops will cover different topics and techniques related to usability and user experience design.
