Presented by nForm User Experience at the world-renowned Banff Centre, CanUX brings together industry leaders, hands-on activities, and working design and technology professionals. For two and a half days, participants work in the middle of breathtaking scenery matched by a mix of practical tools and inspiring brand-new ideas. Unlike a typical conference, CanUX focuses on sessions that are long enough to give hands-on experience with the topics at hand. With a cap of 70 attendees and the retreat-like atmosphere of the venue, there is a special camaraderie among participants

CanUX is for people who care about making things work better, for both users and business. Past participants have diverse backgrounds in web design and development, software engineering, usability, interface design, and information architecture.
