NEOUPA - Remote usability studies: Get great results while saving time and money (Cleveland, OH, USA)
Monday, September 28th, 2009 by Ben Woods| October 20, 2009 | ||
| 6:30 pm | to | 8:30 pm |
Jason Holmes and Aaron Rosenberg will be presenting on the topic of remote usability testing. They’ll be discussing the tools available, pros/cons of remote testing, and show results from remote usability studies.
They’ll show you how you can easily:
- Observe participants in the Wild as they explore the interwebs in the comfort of their own home office or kitchen table
- Facilitate a study in your pajamas, but without the usual public and professional embarrassment
- Recruit actual users of your actual website and find out what they actually do
- Ditch that musty old conference room you’re using as a “usability lab” and still get great results
- Watch users muddle through friction laden interfaces and threaten to call customer service
Remote usability testing…it’s like being there…only better!
